About

Coaching

I have coached clients across a range of industries including, banking, engineering, investment banking, technology, academia, asset management, the creative industries, transport, utilities and accountancy. They have ranged from senior management, middle and lower management positions, business owners, the self-employed, partners and those not in employment.

Skills Practice/Role-Play/Training

I am a professional actor and trained corporate role-player and this has allowed me to include some practical skills work in my individual coaching, where appropriate, for clients who find it useful. I also provide individual and group skills-practice and facilitation through practice learning companies. I have been working a great deal with Interact over the last few years and they can be found here.

My Background

After a degree in Geography at Cambridge University and a period as a musician and revue performer I worked in the stock market for a variety of blue chip companies advising institutional and corporate clients across a range of products. I then ran my own financial research and advice company, worked in and ran public relations companies and was involved at a senior level in local volunteering, campaigning and liberal politics.

I trained as a professional actor at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in my 30’s and have performed on stage and screen – more information on my acting work can be found on my acting website here.

I have a Masters level qualification in coaching – the Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching (Distinction – Bristol Business School/UWE), the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and I am a certified NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner. I continue to train and develop my skills, I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a member of the ILM and follow the ICF code of ethics and am fully insured. My LinkedIn Profile is here.
